Mr. Manish is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and a certified IFRS (ACCA, UK), having more than 2 decades of rich experience in the profession having worked in leading firms like RSM, Price Waterhouse & B. K. Khare & Co.
Manish, has led/ managed large assignments in statutory audits, internal audits, limited reviews, tax & transfer pricing audits, business process reviews, due diligence reviews and special assignments like cost reduction, market share audit, deferred tax allocation across periods etc. Besides he is acting as a Virtual CFO for a Private Equity Fund and many startups.
He has worked across varied sectors including Manufacturing, Engineering, Hotels, Car rental, IT, Logistics, Services etc. in large Indian business houses / MNC’s like Insilco (Evonik Germany), Genpact, Electrolux, Cummins, Indian Hotels, Hindustan Unilever, Hertz, Hellmann Logistics (Germany), Jakson, Goldplus Glass, DCM, Max Life Insurance, Siegwerk India, Schlumberger etc.
MR. ANKIT JAIN

Mr. Ankit is a Chartered Accountant over a decade of experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers and other corporate players such as Macquarie.
Apart from Clarico , Ankit is also heading the Delhi branch of a renowned Chartered Accountant firm (established since 1972 with more than 11 partners on Board and have presence in 8 cities across India)
His area of specialization includes:
- Setting up and management of finance function of the company.
- Management and arrangement of Equity Funding/ Debt Funding for corporate/ individuals based on the requirement.
- Financial Due Diligence .
- Assisting evaluating the existing internal control procedures and policies of the company.
- Identifying and preparation of standard operating procedures to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the functioning of the company.
- MIS reporting and Internal audit.

MR. AMAR VIR

Amar Vir is a seasoned and visionary individual who brings in a rich experience of handling diversified roles and large Scale IT projects at across domestic and international markets with proven track records of successfully launching and implementing IT solutions. He has successfully taken an exit from one of the companies he had initiated.
He has more than 16 years of experience in companies like Max Life Insurance, Dabur India, Gillette India & Microland.
His strong points include understanding of multiple ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, MFG Pro and BaaN systems. Strengths include working with non-technical and technical clients/vendors. Successful and experienced in usage of SDLC, ITIL, ISMS, 27001, BCP and Disaster Recovery, Vulnerability Assessment, Audit of documentation, regulatory compliance on SOX, HIPAA, GLBA.
MR. NEERAJ SAHNI

Mr. Neeraj Sahni is a strategist and implementer, offering over 24 years of extensive experience in heading Strategic Level Finance Management, Financial Controllership and Risk Management thereby accomplishing organizational goals and objective with exposures in working with German, Swedish, US and Japanese Multinationals in Engineering Industry.
He has been leading the Finance and Accounts Department independently since 2011. Delivered strategic & profitable business impacts by working in close coordination with the leadership team, board of directors & external regulators through high-stake decisions.
Effectively managed Working Capital & related KPIs to ensure smooth running of Business, drove Financial Strategies (ECB, Fx and Liquidity Management).
MR. Santosh Belavadi

Successfully worked as a CFO of an Indian/Indonesian conglomerate – both family owned and Professionally managed Companies, engaged in Textile, Telecom, Engineering and Trading Companies.
Successfully worked closely with CEO’s/ Owners in Management and running of the Organizations.

MR. Mayuresh Dhadphale

Worked as a CFO and member of core Management team of a Swedish Multinational Company engaged in manufacturing for exports and trading of metal cutting products, for last 21 years of his career in employment.
